Real-time access to your Contiweb machines is of course essential. This allows the Technical Support staff to remotely see what is going on with your machine, enabling them to come to a solution more quickly and possibly avoiding an intervention by a technician on site. This provides you with considerable cost and time savings.
Contiweb offers a secure network connection for your Contiweb machines, which works according to the OpenVPN standard. In addition, Contiweb only has access to Contiweb machines. The connection requires a small investment in money and time but helps enormously at times when it really matters.
