On-site services

At Contiweb, we believe that long-term relationships and mutual commitment are the key to continuity. This is why we have introduced our Service Support Agreements. A service program consisting of four different packages to suit the different needs and maintenance philosophies of our customers.

Although this type of collaboration has proven to be effective and increase our customers' machine performance, there are still customers who do not want to commit to a contract. Contiweb understands these customers and offers a range of ad-hoc on-site services at a pre-agreed rate or on a post calculation basis.

Dedicated field service engineers

Contiweb has access to around 40 dedicated Contiweb field service engineers in Europe, North America, Brazil and China, as well as working with local representatives. These professionals are continuously trained and educated in both the current and newest technology and developments. Supported by Contiweb in-house product specialists and using remote monitoring and diagnostics, they can get the job done quickly and effectively. We strive to provide the best solutions when problems arise, minimizing the impact on your printing operation.
