Explanation of the Euro 2024 Prediction Game and Participation Terms:

1. To participate in the Euro 2024 Prediction Game, visit the Contiweb webpage at https://www.contiweb.com/euro-2024 (English) or https://www.contiweb.com/de/euro-2024 (German) and predict the winner, runner-up, and total number of goals scored during the Euro 2024 football tournament. Goals scored during extra time are included, while those scored during penalty shootouts are not. Additionally, provide your first and last name, company name, and business email address. Finally, agree to the participation terms.
   
   
2. Participation in the Euro 2024 Prediction Game is restricted to employees of printing companies.
   
   
3. Participants are limited to one entry each. In case of multiple submissions, only the last complete entry will be considered. There is no limit to the number of participants per company.
   
   
4. Participation is deemed valid only when all fields in the form are completed, and the participation terms are agreed upon.
   
   
5. Participation is open from May 28th to June 7th, 2024.
   
   
6. Participants engage in the Euro 2024 Prediction Game representing their current employer. In the event of an individual winning and their employer declining the prize, it will be passed on to the next winner whose employer accepts it.
   
   
7. The winner will receive the tabletop football game showcased at the Contiweb booth during drupa 2024.
   
   
8. The tabletop football game will be shipped to the winner's employer at Contiweb's cost and assembled on-site.
   
   
9. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or other products or services.
   
   
10. The winner will be announced before August 31st, 2024, and will be contacted directly by Contiweb.
    
    
11. There will be no correspondence regarding the outcome and prize distribution. Participants who do not win will not be notified.
    
    
12. The winner will be determined according to the following rules:
    
    If the Euro 2024 champion is correctly predicted, that entry wins. If no one correctly predicts the champion, a winner will be randomly selected.
    If multiple entries correctly predict the champion, the winner is the one who also correctly predicts the losing finalist.
    If there are multiple entries with correct predictions for both champion and losing finalist, the predicted number of goals will be considered.
    If no one correctly predicts the number of goals, the winner is the one who comes closest to the actual number.
    In case of multiple entries with the same correct or closest number of goals, a draw will determine the winner.
    
    
13. Contiweb reserves the right to disqualify participants and exclude them from participation if it believes that participants are not adhering to the participation terms or are engaging in unfair practices that affect the outcome of the contest.
    
    

14. Contiweb reserves the right to modify or adjust these participation terms during the Euro 2024 Prediction Game without prior notice, or to terminate, modify, or adjust the Euro 2024 Prediction Game for its own reasons, without being obligated to compensate the participant in any manner.

15. The data provided will be retained by Contiweb to ascertain the contest winner. The winner's name, winning company, and a photo of the winner may be utilized in Contiweb's communication materials.
