Dear customer,

As the coronavirus continues to impact our daily lives, I wish to personally reassure you of our commitment to you and your business in these uncertain times.

During this difficult time, we are absolutely focused on being a partner you can count on, so that collectively we can return to normality as quickly as possible. Whilst we cannot predict what the future holds, we are doing our best to support a healthy future for all businesses.

There are a number of measures we are taking to help you ensure your business remains fully operational:

  • Firstly we have increased capacity for our 24/7 Tech Support, which is available by phone. In 95% of cases the team can solve a problem remotely.
  • We have also significantly increased our stock of spare parts at our Boxmeer (NL) and Durham (USA) facilities, so we won’t be affected by any interruptions in the supply chain.

For peace-of-mind there are also some steps you can take to ensure the fastest possible response:

  • Install the secure VPN connection on the machines that we offer. This enables our Tech Support department to do remote checks and resolve issues speedily.
  • Similarly, Contiweb can supply a free-of-charge analysis of critical parts at your facility. This enables you to quickly review your stock positions on-site, so that in case of a breakdown you have the part available and there are no delays waiting for delivery. A broken part can be replaced immediately, and production resumed in no-time!

These solutions may seem simple, but working together, they get your press back up-and-running quickly and easily – without the increasingly difficulty of an intervention by a Contiweb engineer on-site.
