In addition to online performance and maintenance monitoring tools, some matters require a more personal touch. That is why Contiweb’s skilled professionals have been appointed to provide personal advice and support. A member of our professional performance and maintenance team will visit your site on a regular basis to provide a personalized level of advice on optimizing your production and offering a dedicated point of contact between your press operators and Contiweb’s team of engineers in Boxmeer.

Supervised support
Contiweb appoints a dedicated Performance & Maintenance Supervisor for each customer to provide customized technical advice and support. Our Supervisors are professionally trained with lots of experience with the Contiweb equipment. They will visit your production site regularly to advise and support your employees on the best methods of improving production efficiency, keeping them informed about current developments and modifications while ensuring that Contiweb machinery is maintained at the optimum levels.
Your Contiweb Supervisor will monitor your machines and prepare a detailed report of every visit with the findings for every machine. They will be responsible for preparing, consulting and updating the OPRS-List (Open Points Regional Service List).
They will also oversee the planning for maintenance with the Service Support Coordinator from the service team at Contiweb facilities in Boxmeer, ensuring you receive the best technical support for all Contiweb services.
